A rough calculation for the number of Watts needed when hiring sound equipment is 2 Watts for each person dancing.

Payments

ID must be produced for all new customers, all hires need paying in full to secure the booking. This can be done over the telephone by debit or credit card. Refunds cannot be made on cancelled hires.

Deposits

These are by debit or credit cards. We will charge the deposit and then refund your money when the goods are returned. We do not accept cash deposits. Equipment cannot be hired without a secured deposit. Terms and conditions of hire are printed on the back of hire forms.

Collection and Returns

Collection times and return times are usually arranged at the time of booking over the telephone, for mutual convenience. Typically a week-end hire is classified as a one day hire and picked up on Friday and returned on Monday. A copy of the full terms and conditions are available here.
